Remigio Wins Three Matches At Middle Tennessee Classic

Murfreesboro, Tenn. - The men's tennis team was able to pull out nine wins this weekend at the Middle Tennessee Classic. Gian Carlo Remigio sparked his teammates by playing his way into the second round of the flight B singles bracket. Remigio did not become discouraged after losing to Vedron Sirola (JSU), rather he was able to make it into the third round of the consolation bracket. Remigio lost the hard fought match against University of Louisville's Sebastian Aspillaga, 7-5, 7-5.
The men's tennis team returns to action next weekend, Sept. 27-29 at the Ball State Invitational in Muncie, Indiana.
