Men's Tennis Finishes Third Day of ITA Regional Championships

Tulsa, Ok. - In day three of the ITA Regional Championships senior Peter Bong had a solid performance as he advanced to the consolation round of 16.
Bong defeated Alferdo Logarda of Illinois State by default, which advances him on to the round of 16 where he we will face Alexei Poutchintes of the University of Arkansas (Little Rock) tomorrow.
Also competing in consolation play was Saluki junior Lukasz Soswa. Soswa was defeated in the round of 32 by Alexei Poutchintes of UALR by a score of 6-2, 6-4.
The Salukis continue the ITA Regional Championships tomorrow morning and will finish the tournament on Monday. All results for the ITA Regionals can be found at www.siusalukis.com
