Men's Tennis Prepares for Louisville Invitational

CARBONDALE, IL. - The Salukis will be back in action this weekend, after a week off, as they head to Louisville, Ky. for a three day invitational tournament, which will be held at the Bass-Rudd Tennis Center on Oct. 8-10.

The Salukis were given five singles spots and two doubles spots for the Louisville Invitational. Junior Tomas Gonzalez will be teaming up with sophomore Rodrigo Lama in doubles play, as senior Lukasz Soswa and senior Alexandru Nomicos will join forces to compete as SIU's other doubles team.

Gonzalez and Soswa will also be looking to have similiar success this weekend in singles play as they did in their last tournament, as both were able to pick up three wins at the Kentucky Invitational.
