Saluki Athletic Ticket Office Announces I-AA Playoff Ticketing Plan

CARBONDALE, Ill. - While the #1-ranked Southern Illinois University football team is anticipating a top seed when the I-AA Playoff bracket is announced Sunday, the Saluki ticket office is preparing for a rapid distribution of tickets for a Nov. 27 home game.
Season ticket holders should have already received a letter from the ticket office with instructions for reserving their seats for not just the Nov. 27 game, but possible subsequent home games.
Tickets for the Nov. 27 game will be available to the general public shortly after ESPN News announces the bracket at 12 p.m. CT Sunday. Tickets are $15 for adults and $6 for high school and younger, and $6 for SIU Students with ID.
Saluki fans are invited to watch the selection show with the team at the Student Center ballrooms on Sunday. The doors will open at 11:30 a.m. The men's basketball team hosts Augustana in its season opener Sunday at 2 p.m., and fans may purchase playoff tickets at the game.
Tickets may also be purchased through the official website (www.SIUSalukis.com), by phone (866-646-8849), at the SIU Student Center (when open) or any Ticketmaster outlet. The SIU Ticket Office will be open from 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Nov. 22, 23 and 24, and from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 26.
Any season ticket holders who have not received a letter from the ticket office should contact the ticket office right away at 618-453-2000. The deadline for season ticket holders to reserve their seats is 12 p.m., Friday, November 26.
