Saturday will be a historic day for Southern Illinois University Athletics, with two ESPN crews on campus.
The day kicks off with the #4 Salukis hosting #7 Massachusetts in the NCAA Division I Football Quarterfinals at 2:20 p.m., CST. Later that night, the #22 Saluki men's basketball team plays host to #15 Indiana in a sold out matchup at 8:30 p.m.
The football game will be televised live on ESPN Gameplan, while the basketball game is on ESPNU.
Gates at McAndrew open an hour-and-a-half before game time. Doors at SIU Arena open two hours before game time for Dawg Pound members only and one hour before tipoff for the general public.
Parking Instructions
Lot 89 (directly behind Lingle Hall to the east) will close at kickoff (2:20 p.m.). At that time, the lot will be closed to the general public, and only available to those with Priority 1 issued basketball parking passes.
Those who are parking in any of the SIU Athletic Priority lots (89, 89A, 45, 18, 52, 37) are strongly encouraged to move their vehicles by 7:30 p.m., unless they have a valid priority pass for those lots.
Due to Carbondale's Lights Fantastic Parade, which begins at 6 p.m., traffic flow near the football stadium and SIU campus will be altered.

Just a reminder that outside food and beverage are prohibited from McAndrew Stadium and SIU Arena. Also, no umbrellas are allowed inside the football stadium.
