Baseball adjusts this weekend's home series against Xavier

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The threat of bad weather has forced Southern Illinois University (3-5) to rework its series schedule against Xavier (1-5) this weekend. The Salukis and Musketeers will play only a doubleheader at Abe Martin Field Sunday. First pitch is at 11 a.m., CST.
The Salukis and Musketeers were initially scheduled to play three games, but anticipated snow and freezing conditions threw the series for a loop.
The Hill will be closed to all vehicles for Sunday's twin bill.
