Baseball rained out in series-opener against Evansville

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Thursday's series-opener between Southern Illinois University and Evansville has been rained out. The Salukis and Purple Aces will open their three-game set with a doubleheader at Noon, CST, Friday.
SIU, which closes out the regular-season against UE this weekend, will honor its seven seniors prior to Saturday's 1 p.m., first pitch.
