Athletics launches Junior Salukis Club

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Beginning in 2008-09, Southern Illinois University Athletics will offer fans in the eighth grade and below the opportunity to follow the Dawgs all year long as members of the Junior Salukis Club. Memberships, which run from August 1 to July 31, are only $20 per child.
Benefits include a membership card, t-shirt, drawstring backpack, quarterly newsletter, admission to all home regular-season athletic events (excluding football and men's basketball), admission to one select football and men's basketball game, special meet-and-greets with SIU student-athletes, a birthday card from Grey Dawg and Brown Dawg, special events at select games, an opportunity to be a ball boy or ball girl at Saluki basketball games, half-price discounts for Saluki Kids Night Out events, schedule cards and much more.
