Football season ticket renewal deadline approaching

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Saluki football fans that purchased season tickets in 2010 have until 4 p.m. on Friday, July 1, to renew their season tickets for the upcoming season.
To do so, fans are asked to please contact the Saluki ticket office by phone at 877-SALUKIS or stop by the ticket office anytime from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Football season ticket prices remain $95 for adults and $50 for youth. A $250 Family Pack features season tickets for two adults and three children. Faculty/staff can purchase a season ticket for $90.
New season ticket buyers are invited to the Saluki "Tag Day" event that will be held on Thursday, July 21 from 5-8 p.m. During the tag day, fans will have the opportunity to view actual available seating prior to making their selection.
The 2011 Southern Illinois football home schedule features five games and opens with Family Weekend on Sept. 24 when the Salukis host Missouri State at 6 p.m.
SIU also hosts North Dakota State (Oct. 8), Youngstown State (Homecoming - Oct. 15), Illinois State (Oct. 29) and Eastern Illinois (Nov. 12).
