Registration open for Saluki Baseball Prospect Camp

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The SIU baseball program will host the Saluki Baseball Prospect Camp on Monday, Aug. 6 at Abe Martin Field. The camp is open to all baseball players who are looking to play college baseball and scheduled to graduate from high school in 2013, 2014 or 2015.
Check-in will begin at 8 a.m., and the camp is scheduled to begin at 9 a.m. Players will receive instruction and be evaluated by the SIU baseball coaching staff. The afternoon will feature scrimmages and a campus tour. The camp is scheduled to conclude at 4:30 p.m.
The cost to register is $100 per player. The registration deadline is July 27, but the camp will be limited to the first 80 registrants and is currently more than half full.
