Sixth-annual Saluki Waterfowl Hunt scheduled for Dec. 4

Nov. 5, 2014 CARBONDALE, Ill. - Saluki Athletics will host its sixth-annual Saluki Waterfowl Hunt at Grassy Lake Hunting Club in Jonesboro, Ill. on Thursday, Dec. 4.

The cost to hunt is $250 per person or $1,000 per four-member team, and all proceeds benefit the Saluki Athletic Scholarship Fund.

The event begins with check-in and lunch at 11 a.m., followed by a short program. The hunt will take place from 12:30 p.m. until sundown.

Director of Athletics Mario Moccia and Saluki coaches such as Dale Lennon and Barry Hinson will be on hand for the event.
