Saluki Athletics announces Seats For Soldiers ticket campaign

CARBONDALE, Ill. - With Memorial Day approaching, Saluki Athletics announced a new campaign today called Seats For Soldiers. For just $15, fans can give a service member or veteran a seat to the 2014 home football game versus SEMO.

The Sept. 13 contest versus the Redhawks is also the department's annual Military Appreciation Day, and Saluki Athletics is proud to welcome the traveling Vietnam Wall exhibit.

Donated seats for the game will go to active or reserve U.S. military members, Wounded Warriors, veterans and Gold Star families. Your donation includes admission to a special pre-game tailgate for service members, veterans, their families and other Seats For Soldiers supporters. Fans who donate will also be recognized on the video board and in the game program.
