Iannotti named National FCS Performer of the Week

CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois quarterback Mark Iannotti has been named College Football Performance Awards (CFPA) FCS National Performer of the Week and FCS National Quarterback of the Week, as announced today by the organization.
Iannotti finished Saturday's 50-23 victory over Southeast Missouri with a school-record six passing touchdowns. For the game, Iannotti was 15-of-21 passing for 225 yards with only one interception.
MyCole Pruitt, the reigning CFPA FCS Tight End Award winner, earned Honorable Mention Tight End of the Week after hauling in five passes for 72 yards and two touchdowns. Malcolm Agnew earned Honorable Mention All-Purpose Performer of the Week after contributing 194 all-purpose yards, one rushing touchdown, and one receiving touchdown.
The CFPA is in its seventh year of player and team performance recognition. The 2014 CFPA Awards will be announced January 14, 2015.
