Men's Golf in 9th place after second round at Seminole Intercollegiate

The Southern Illinois men's golf team stands in ninth place after 36 holes on the first day of the Seminole Intercollegiate tournament. The team ended round one in 12^th place, but after round two they moved up three places to ninth. Host Florida State is in first place.

SIU's men's golf has 18 birdies as a team, six shot by Junior Peyton Wilhoit and four by Luke Gannon and Dirk Kuehler. Peyton Wilhoit currently is tied for 11^th place with players from James Madison and Cincinnati.

The Salukis tee off for the third round of the Seminole Intercollegiate tomorrow morning. Live Stats will be available at Golfstat.com.
