Men's Golf tied for third after day one in Kingsmill Intercollegiate

WILLIAMSBURG, VA. – Southern Illinois had a strong finish on Day One of the Kingsmill Intercollegiate, tying for third place with Old Dominion at 13-over par. Utah Valley (+7) holds a slim lead over Eastern Michigan (+12) and SIU in the 24-team field.

Junior Hunter York (+1) took the lead for SIU and is currently tied for eight place out of 127 players. Junior Frankie Thomas (+2) is tied for 12^th place and junior Peyton Wilhoit (+4) is tied for 21^st place.
