Saluki Track and Field set to host 2018 summer camps

CARBONDALE, Ill. -- The Southern Illinois University track and field program will host a pair of camps this summer. SIU Cross Country Camp runs from June 27-29, while Southern's Throws Camp is from July 7-8.
Saluki Cross Country Camp
Date: June 27-29, 2018
Location: Lew Hartzog T&F Complex
Ages: 13-18
Learn how to train like a collegiate athlete. At SIU's Cross Country camp, you will learn about all aspects of becoming the highest caliber distance runner you can be from second-year head coach Kevin Cataldo. Campers age 13-18, male and female, are welcome. Open to any and all entrants limited only by number, age, grade level and/or gender.

Ages: 12-18

Ages: 12-18
Specialization of the camp will be in shot put and discus. Those wanting to improve and learn new skills should attend this camp. Each athlete will receive a personalized evaluation of his/her technique.
