Saluki softball’s game against Illinois State cancelled

NORMAL, Ill. – With temperatures below freezing, the Southern Illinois University softball team was forced to cancel Sunday's game at Illinois State.

Due to Missouri Valley Conference softball protocol, the wind chill temperature must be a minimum 35 degrees at game time, which caused today's cancellation.

The Salukis are back in action on Tuesday, April 2 when they host the Murray State Racers at 4 p.m.
