The Southern Illinois University baseball team hosts Western Michigan for a doubleheader on Sunday, March 13. First pitch of game one is set for 12 noon. The first game will be a seven inning. The second game will be a nine inning game. The two teams played game one of the three game series on Thursday, which saw the Broncos go ahead 7-1 after six innings and hold on for an 11-8 win.

In game one of Sunday's DH, SIU will be bidding for its 4th win in 5 games as well as trying to avoid its first losing streak. WMU is looking for its first winning streak of the season and has lost 7 of its last 8 games.

Four Saluki pitchers combined to no-hit Austin Peay in a 10-0 SIU win on 2/22. SP Ben Riffe (6 IP) combined with relievers Tanner Lewis, Jordan Gould and Kaden Peterson-one inning apiece-to hold the Governors hitless. The Govs stranded 9 baserunners and SIU committed three errors.
