Shauniece O'Neal set to Compete at NCAA Indoor National Championship

ALBUQUERQUE, NM. - Shauniece O'Neal will represent the Southern Illinois Track & Field program this weekend at the 2023 NCAA Indoor National Championship. O'Neal will compete in the women's weight throw on Friday, March 10 starting at 4:00 PM.

Shauniece comes into the meet as the 12th ranked women's weight thrower in the country.
She was named the MVC's Most Outstanding Field Athlete at this seasons MVC Championship.
Won the MVC Championship in the women's weight throw with a mark of 22.35 meters.
Her top throw this season is 22.40 meters.

Meet Information:
The 2023 NCAA Division I Men's and Women's Indoor Track and Field Championships are March 10-11 at the Albuquerque Convention Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico, hosted by the University of New Mexico.
