
Salukis Set for Midweek Game at SEMO Tuesday

CARBONDALE, Ill. – Saluki baseball will play its fourth game in four days on Tuesday with the season finale against Southeast Missouri scheduled for 6 p.m. from Capaha Field.

AROUND THE HORN
• Southern enters Tuesday at 23-17 overall after being swept by nationally ranked Indiana State.
• SIU saw its streak of 12-straight MVC series wins come to a close after dropping its series at ISU.
• SIU leads the country in double plays turned (48) and in double plays turned per game (1.20).
• Southern is 3-2 in extra-inning games and has recorded five walk-off wins at home this season.
