Event Staff: This position will be responsible for ticket taking, ushering, and assisting with parking at events in Athletic facilities, which includes greeting customers, being knowledgeable regarding the events in the facilities, and being able to courteously direct patrons to chairs and tables, as well as maintaining access to limited access areas. Hours vary depending on scheduled events. Event Staff Supervisors: This position will be responsible for supervising ticket takers, ushers, and parking attendants at events in Athletic facilities. The supervisor will have extensive knowledge of event policies, and procedures, facilities, and customer service techniques. They will maintain their assigned area and oversee all event staff assigned to their respective area. They will be required to report to athletics administration and work to ensure the best environment for all events. Hours vary depending on scheduled events.
