Last time out, the Salukis fell 81-50 at Missouri on Tuesday. The Salukis kept the matchup close early, as after one quarter SIU only trailed 22-18 and the deficit was just 10 points at halftime. Mizzou finally pulled away in the fourth quarter however, winning that quarter 24-8. Alayna Kraus, Kayla Cooper, and Karris Allen all tied for the team lead in points with 10 apiece. Jeniah Thompson had a nice game on the defensive end of the floor, swiping four steals while also grabbing a block.
