CARBONDALE, Ill. — As the fall semester approaches and the college athletics season ramps up, Saluki Athletics has announced a significant restructuring of its internal operations and ticketing services.
"Through a series of strategic personnel moves, we've positioned ourselves to thrive in the exciting new landscape of college athletics," said Tim Leonard, SIU director of athletics. "We've invested in our people and are confident those investments will benefit all of our programs."

In July, Saluki Athletics entered a multiyear agreement with Taymar Sales U, a college sports marketing firm that specializes in driving revenue growth through ticket sales and fan engagement.
"We're focused on creating the best possible experience for our fans, and Taymar Sales U is a key partner in that mission," Leonard said. "Their data-driven strategy will help us reach more Saluki fans, increase engagement, and build on the strong support we're fortunate to have."
Thomas Becker will remain in SIU's ticket office and collaborate with Taymar on sales strategies.
