MVFC Releases 2026 Conference Schedule

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - The Missouri Valley Football Conference (MVFC) has revealed its 2026 league schedule, with all nine Valley schools playing eight conference games this fall.
Each team will play in four home and four road MVFC games. Start times and broadcast information will be released at a later time.
Southern Illinois will begin conference play on the road at Murray State on Sept. 26. SIU's first home MVFC game will take place on Oct. 3 vs. Youngstown State.
The Salukis will face the FCS national championship runner-up, Illinois State, at home on Oct. 17.
Conference play will wrap up on Nov. 21 when Southern travels to North Dakota.

Sept. 26 - at Murray State
Oct. 3 - vs. Youngstown State
Oct. 10 - at South Dakota
Oct. 17 - vs. Illinois State
Oct. 24 - vs. Northern Iowa
Oct. 31 - Bye Week
Nov. 7 - at Indiana State
Nov. 14 - vs. South Dakota State
Nov. 21 - at North Dakota
