2019-20 INDOOR SEASON

Scored team points with his fifth-place finish in the 5000 meter (14:47.49) and his seventh-place finish in the 3000 (8:36.28) at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) ... ran for a personal-best time of 8:22.61 in the 3000 at the Music City Challenge (2/14-2/15 to finish 18th ... won the mile at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25) with a lifetime-best time of 4:17.22 ... competed in four meets.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Competed six time for the Salukis ... opened up the season by running 15:37.99 in the 5000 meter at the SIU Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/22-3/23) ... took 56th in the 3000S at the Raleigh Relays (3/29-3/30) ... placed 52nd in the 1500 meter with a time of 4:07.68 at the Tennessee Relays (4/11) ... took ninth in the 3000S at the Kentucky T&F Invite (4/20) ... followed it up with a 10th place finish in the 3000S at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invite (4/26-4/27) ... closed out the season with a PR of 15:01.56 in the 5000 meter and a seventh place finish in the 3000S at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/10-5/11).

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Competed three times for the Salukis ... took 10th in the 800m and 11th in the mile to open up the season at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/1-2/2) ... placed ninth in the mile with a time of 4:23.61 at the Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... took eighth in the DMR, 15th in the mile and 20th in the 3000 meter at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-2/24) to close out the season.

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Scored team points with a sixth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … fis time at the MVC Championships was nearly 10 seconds faster then his previous-best time and marked the first time that he has notched a top-8 finish at a conference meet … also ran the 5000m at the MVC Championships and finished 21st … finished third in the 3000m steeplechase at the Mondo Team Challenege with a time of 9:35.21 … ran the 3000m steeplechase and the 4x800 relay at the Tennessee Relays (4/13).

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Finished 12th in the mile and 16th in the 3000m at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/10) … ran a season-best 4:17.58 in the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/10)… competed at four indoor meets across three events.

2017 OUTDOOR SEASON

Ran the 1500m at the MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14), finishing 16th … ran a personal-best 4:01.31 in the 1500m and helped SIU to a fifth place finish in the distance medley relay at the Tennessee Relays (4/8) … twice competed in the 3000m steeplechase, running a personal-best 9:50.15 to finish fifth in the event at the Lenny Lyles Invite (4/29) ... competed at five outdoor meets.
