Scored team points by placing sixth in the 5000 meter with a time of 17:26.47 at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) ... also took 12th in the 3000 at the same meet ... ran for a personal-best time of 2:28.00 in the 800 meter at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25) ... competed in the mile at the same meet and took sixth ... posted marks in four meets.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Competed in five meets ... Set a personal-best in 1500m with a time of 4:47.83 at the season-opening SIU Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/22-3/23) ... Placed 23rd in the 3000 steeplechase at the Raleigh Relays (3/29 - 3/30) ... Ran for a personal-best 17:15.11 in the 5000m at the Tennessee Relays (4/11) ... Followed it up with another personal-best performance, this time in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 10:38.84 at the Kentucky T&F Invite (4/20) ... Closed out the season with an eighth place finish in the 3000 steeplechase with a time of 11:10.37 at the MVC Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12).

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Competed in five meets ... opened up the season with a 26th place finish in the 3000m at the Jim Green T&F Invite (1/11-1/12) ... rallied a week later to take fourth in the 3000m with a time of 10:27.13 at the John Gartland Invite (11/19) ... took 12th in the mile at the following Don DeNoon Invite (2/1-2/2) ... ran for a personal-best 10:00.48 in the 3000m at the Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... closed out the season by taking fifth in the 5000m and 16th in the 3000m at the MVC Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24).

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Scored team points at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/12) with a sixth place finish in the 3000m steeplechase … clocked the fifth-fastest 3000m steeplechase time in program history with her time of 10:50.10 at the Lenny Lyles Invitational (4/28) … won the 3000m steeplechase at the Hilltopper Relays (4/6) … competed at four outdoor meets.

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Ran the 3K and the 5K at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … finished fifth in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) with a personal-best time of 5:11.37 … competed at four indoor meets.

PRIOR TO SIU

Spent two years at Illinois State ... part of 2015 XC Championship team ... finished 51st at MVC Championship 5K (18:48.38) ... only freshman to compete in all conference meets as well as the the MVC Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL

Five-time state qualifier in the 1600m, 3200m, 4x400 relay ... three-time cross country state qualifier ... earned all-state as a senior with her eighth place finish in the 3200m ... also was all-state in cross country as a senior with her 20th place finish.
