2023 OUTDOOR SEASON

Competed in six meets ... qualified for the NCAA West Preliminary Round (5/24-5/27) in the 3000-Meter Steeplechase ... set a new personal best in the steeplechase at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/12-5/14) with a time of 10:09.94, placing second in the event, and was also fourth in the 5000-Meter with a time of 16:52.17 ... finished first in the 1500-Meter at the SIUC Bill Cornell Invite (4/7-4/8) after putting up a time of 4:40.42 ... placed first at the Gibson Invitational & Multis (4/13-4/15) in the steeplechase after posting a time of 10:40.37 ... finished third in the 5000-Meter at the Jesse Owens Track & Field Classic (4/21-4/22) after running a time of 16:51.38.

2023 INDOOR SEASON

Participated in five meets ... earned three first-place finishes ... started the season off with a first-place finish in the 3000-Meter at the Wisconsin Badgers Midwest Invite (1/14), posting a time of 9:46.50 ... followed this up with another top-of-the-podium performance at the Notre Dame Invitational (1/21), running a 4:47.78 in the mile ... was first in the 3000-Meter at the Music City Challenge (2/10-2/11), posting a time of 9:43.41 ... finished 12th in the 5000-Meter at the MVC Indoor Championship (2/26-2/27) with a time of 10:12.95, and 14th in the 3000-Meter with a time of 10:12.95.

2022 OUTDOOR SEASON

Competed in five meets throughout the season ... was seventh in the 5000-Meter with a time of 17:00.52 and fourth in the 3000-Meter Steeplechase with a time of 10:33.69 at the MVC Outdoor Championship (5/13) ... finished second in the 3000-Meter Steeplechase at the Illini Invitational (4/22-4/23), posting a time of 11:05.23 ... opened up the season with two top 10 finishes at Margaret Simmons Invite (3/25-3/26), placing third in the 1500-Meter (4:42.71) and eighth in the 800-Meter (2:24.54).

2022 INDOOR SEASON

Ran in five meets ... finished top 10 in both the mile and DMR at the MVC Indoor Championship (2/27-2/28), placing 10th in the mile with a time of 5:12.31 and sixth in the DMR with a time of 12:28.36 ... earned a first-place finish in the 800-Meter at the 2022 Don DeNoon Invite (2/5), putting up a time of 2:17.58 ... was seventh in the 800-Meter at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-1/22) after running a time of 2:25.34.

2021 OUTDOOR SEASON

Participated in six meets ... finished ninth in the 3000m Steeplechase at the Missouri Valley Championships (5/14-5/16) with a time of 11:27.70 ... had a season-best 11:17.72 in the steeplechase at the Ole Miss Classic (3/26-3/27) to finish third ... was fourth in the 1500-Meter at the SIUC Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-3/20) after putting up a time of 4:41.44.

2021 INDOOR SEASON

Competed in three meets ... placed eighth in the 5000-Meter at the 2021 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships with a PR of 18:08.16 (2/26-2/28) ... also finished ninth in the 3000-Meter at the same meet, finishing at 10:27.89 ... took fifth in the 3000-Meter at the Indiana State Invitational with a lifetime best time of 10:09.81 (2/13) ... started off the indoor campaign with a second-place finish in the mile at 5:10.59 at the season-opening Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/6).

2020 OUTDOOR SEASON

Canceled due to COVID-19 outbreak.

2019-2020 INDOOR SEASON

Competed in five meets as a freshman ... took 19th in her first meet with a time of 5:10.67 at the Jim Green Invitational (1/10-1/11) ... ran for a personal-best time of 2:26.66 in her first collegiate 800 meter at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25) ... took 16th in the 3000 meter with a lifetime-best mark of 10:24.75 at the 2020 Indiana University Relays (1/31-2/1) ... placed 36th with a personal-best time of 5:06.68 in the mile at the Music City Challenge (2/14-2/15) ... closed out the year with back-to-back 10th-place finishes in the mile at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1).
