2019-2020 INDOOR SEASON

Took first in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships with a mark of 49'-11" (2/29-3/1) ... placed second at the Don DeNoon Invite after throwing for 48'-7.5" (1/24-1/25) ... competed in six meets.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Scored points at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor Track and Field Championships after placing fifth in the shot put with a personal-best mark of 50'-0.75", as well as the discus throw (5/10-5/12) ... took first in the discus throw at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invite with a lifetime-best mark of 163'-7"(4/26-4/27) ... competed in eight meets.

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Placed 11th at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Championships in the shot put (2/23-2/24) ... took third in the shot put with a mark of 46'-8.75" at the John Gartland Invitational (1/19) ... took home second at the Saluki Fast Start in the shot put (12/8) ... competed in eight meets.

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

scored at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships with a PR of 157’-1” to finish fourth in the discus (5/12) … conlon’s mark at the MVC Championships was a PR by more than 11 feet …Finished third in the discus and the shot put at the Hilltopper Relays (4/6) … set a outdoor PR in the shot put with her toss of 45’-6.25” (13.87m) at the Tennessee Relays (4/13) … made her collegiate debut in the hammer throw at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24) with her mark of 137’-7” … competed at seven outdoor meets.

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Competed in the shot put at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) and finished 13th … set a lifetime-best of 46’-5.5” (14.16m) in the weight throw at the Illini Open (1/13) … took third in the shot put at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/16) … competed at all eight indoor meets.

HIGH SCHOOL

A three-time state champion who qualified for the Arizona Interscholastic Association (AIA) Division I Outdoor State Championships in both the discus and shot put in each of her four years... finished in the top-five seven of the eight times she competed at the state meet, of which six were top-three finishes ... etched her name in the Arizona high school record books after she broke the state's shot put record with a heave of 47'-9.50" and added the sixth-best discus throw in state history at 156'-3"... finished ninth in the discus and 10th in the shot put at the 2017 New Balance Outdoor Nationals.
