2021 INDOOR SEASON

Earned team points after placing second in the weight throw with a mark of 19.17m (62'-10.75") at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships (2/26-2/28) ... set a PR in the weight throw with a 19.70m (64'-7.75") showing at the Indiana State Invitational (2/13), placing fourth ... opened up the season by placing third in the weight throw and 10th in the shot put at the Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/6).

TOWSON UNIVERSITY (2019-20)

Competed in eight meets during the 2019-20 indoor season, including the IC4A/ECAC Indoor Track & Field Championships ... placed second in the weight throw with a mark of 19.67m (64-6.5) ... finished in the top-five of the weight throw and shot put at six of the eight meets she participated in.

ROWAN COLLEGE-GLOUCESTER

Prior to her first year at Towson, Lancaster competed at Rowan College-Gloucester in New Jersey ... was a six-time National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Division III national champion and earned All-American status six times ... twice-named the NJCAA Athlete of the Year.
