2022 OUTDOOR SEASON

Placed 27th in the 400H and 42nd in the 110H at the NCAA West Preliminary Round (5/25-5/28) ... finished first in the 110H and 400H at the Missouri Valley Conference Championships (5/13) after posting times of 13.98w and 51.12 respectively ... opened up the season with a first place finish and time of 3:22.48 in the 4x400 at the Margaret Simmons Invite (3/25-3/26) ... earned a second-place finish in the 400-meter at the Joey Haines Invite (4/1-4/2) after running a 48.68 ... finished first in both the 4x400 and and 400H at the Joe Walker Invitational.

2022 INDOOR SEASON

Started the year with a PR and first-place finish in the 60H at the John Gartland Invitational (1/21-1/22) after running a 8.14 ... finished first in the 400-meter and 60H at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/5) ... was third in the 4x400 at the Music City Challenge (2/11-2/12) ... ended the season with a second-place finish in the 4x400, seventh-place finish in the DMR, and placed 13th in the 60H at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track & Field Championships (2/27-2/28).

2021 OUTDOOR SEASON

Recorded a time of 53.24 in the 400H at the NCAA Division I West Preliminary Round (5/26-5/29) to conclude the season ... put up a PR of 50.90 in the 400H to place second at the Missouri Valley Championships (5/14-5/16), and finished first in the 4x400 with a time of 3:13.10 ... was a member of a first-place 4x400 team that ran a 3:16.30 at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-4/17) ... tallied a first-place finish at the Clark Wood Invitational (4/23-4/24) in the 400H with a time of 53.20.

2021 INDOOR SEASON

Placed seventh in the DMR, eighth in the 4x400 and ninth in the 60-meter hurdles at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships (2/26-2/28) ... helped lead the 4x400-meter relay squad to a first-place finish at the Indiana State Invitational (2/13) ... also took fourth in the 60-meter hurdles at the same meet ... opened up the indoor season with a first place finish in the 4x400-meter relay at a time of 3:30.58 at the Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/6).

2020 OUTDOOR SEASON

2019-20 INDOOR SEASON

Set a personal-best time of 51.19 in the 400 meter at the Jim Green Invite (1/10-1/11) ... also took seventh as part of the 4x400 meter relay squad at the same meet ... finished third overall with a personal-best time of 8.36 in the 60 meter hurdles at the Saluki Fast Start (12/7) ... also recorded a lifetime-best time of 1:24.31 in the 600 meter at the same meet ... competed in two meets.
