Ashley Nowak enters her fourth overall year at SIU and second year as the Director of Equipment Operations where she oversees all aspects of Saluki Equipment. During her time at SIU she helped build an inventory for Saluki Soccer during the start of their program. Prior to joining SIU, Ashley spent a year at College of William & Mary working with 20 of the Tribe’s 21 teams. Before joining the Tribe, Ashley spent 7 years at Division III Aurora University primarily working with Men’s Basketball & Football. During her time there she saw the Spartan basketball team win 2 NACC Conference Champions and the Spartan Football team win its first conference championship in almost a decade.

Ashley completed her Masters in Business Administration and Leadership from Aurora University in 2017.

She has also been a Certified Equipment Manager of the AEMA since 2017 and holds CPR, First Aid, and Bloodborne Pathogens Certifications.

Outside of the equipment room Ashley spent a year overseeing the inventory and sales goals of a multi-million dollar jewelry store.
