2021 INDOOR SEASON
Earned team points after finishing fourth in the 60-Meter hurdles at at time of 8.81 at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships (2/26-2/28) ... also finished seventh in as part of the 4x400-Meter relay squad at the conference meet ... placed first in the 400-Meter, 60-Meter hurdles and 4x400-Meter relay at the Indiana State Invitational (2/13) ... opened up the indoor season with a first-place showing in the 400-Meter at a time of 59.44 at the Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/6) ... also finished second as part of the 4x400-Meter relay team and third in the 60-Meter hurdles at the same meet.Â

2019-20 INDOOR SEASON
Was crowned a conference champion as part of the 4x400 relay team at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) ... set personal-bests in the 400 and 60 meter hurdles at the Music City Challenge (2/14-2/15) ... placed second int he 60 meter hurdles at the Don DeNoon Invite (1/24-1/25) ... competed in six meets.
2018 OUTDOOR SEASON
Scored team points at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/12) with a fifth place finish in the 400m hurdles … also took 10th in the 100m hurdles at the conference meet … finished third in the 400m hurdles at the Billy Hayes Invitational (5/4) and the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24) … competed at seven outdoor meets.
2017-18Â INDOOR SEASON
Helped Southern take second in the 4x400 relay and finished third in the 60m hurdles at the Saluki Fast Start (12/9) … competed at one indoor meet.
2017 OUTDOOR SEASON
Finished 10th in the 400m hurdles at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14)…Won the 400m hurdles with a personal-best time of 1:02.10 at the Joey Haines Invitational (4/1) … won her first collegiate outdoor race in the 400m hurdles at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/25) ... took second in the 400m hurdles and seventh in the 100m hurdles at the Gibson Invitational (4/15) … helped SIU’s 4x400 relay team pick up a win at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/25) … competed at seven outdoor meets.
2016-17 INDOOR SEASON
Finished 17th in the 60m hurdles and 18th in the 400m at the 2017 MVC Indoor Championships (5/14) … also helped SIU’s distance medley relay to a ninth place finish at the conference meet … took second in the 60m hurdles at the Saluki Fast Start (12/10) with a season-best time of 9.01 … helped SIU’s 4x400 relay to a win at the Saluki Fast Start … set a PR in the 400m at the Vanderbilt Invitational (1/20) … competed at eight indoor meets.

Won the IHSA Class 3A State title in the 300-meter low hurdles with a personal-best time of 43.34...Six-time state qualifier ... runner-up in the 400 hurdles at the USA Track & Field Junior Olympics with a personal-best time of 62.44 seconds ... recognized as the Daily Chronicle’s Girls Track and Field Player of the Year ... also participated in cheerleading and played softball for a season ... was the only girl on her middle school wrestling team ...
