2019 SEASON

Competed five times for the Salukis ... opened up the year with a fourth place finish in the 5K with a time of 16:30.7 at the Saluki Invite (8/30) ... followed it up with a 68th place finish in the 8K, where he set a PR with a finishing time of 26:39.1 ... placed 57th in the 8K at the first-ever Gans Creek Classic (9/27) ... took 102nd in the 8K at the Pre-National Invite (10/19) ... finished up the season by finishing 52nd in the 8K at the MVC XC Championships (11/2).

HIGH SCHOOL

Transferred to Pike High School prior to his junior season .... during junior campaign, Hodges earned runner-up honors at the Shelbyville Semi-State cross country meet to qualify for the Indiana state meet ... also participated in track ... won a conference title in the 1600-meter run with a time of 4:20.58 and added sectional championships in the 1600m and the 3200m runs ... won gold in the 3K at the 2018 AAU Junior National Games with a more than 10-second PR of 8:53.69 which was just a shade off the national record ... as a senior, Hodges helped Pike's 4x800 relay team reach the podium with a third-place finish.
