Earned Second-Team All-American status after finishing 14th at the NCAA Indoor Championships (3/11-3/13) ... took home first in the shot put at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships (2/26-2/28) with a mark of 15.86m (52'-0.5") ... also placed first in the shot put with a PR mark of 16.76m (55') at the Indiana State Invitational (2/13), in addition to winning the event at the season-opening Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/6).

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Advanced to the NCAA West Region Preliminaries (5/23-5/25) and finished 25th with a mark of 51'-3" in the shot put ... won the shot put at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12) with a mark of 50'-11" ... also scored team points after posting a sixth-place finish in the discus throw with a lifetime-best mark of 152'-8" at the same meet ... finished second in the shot put at the Kentucky T&F Invite (4/20) ... won the shot put at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/22-3/23) with a mark of 51'-7.25" ... competed in eight meets.

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Took 10th in the shot put at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24) ... posted back-to-back victories in the shot put at the EIU Friday Night Special (2/15) and Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... opened up the season with a win in the shot put at a mark of 49'-9" at the Saluki Fast Start (12/8) ... competed in eight meets.

Qualified for the NCAA West Regional (5/25) in the shot put, where she finished 47th … Scored a team point at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/12) with an eighth place finish in the shot put … won the shot put with a PR of 50’-0.75” (15.26m) at the Jesse Owens Classic (4/21) … won her first outdoor event title with a toss of 49’-5” (15.06m) at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24) and added a personal-best in the discus … competed at seven outdoor meets.

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Earned All-MVC honors after she threw 48’-3.25” (14.71m) to finish third in the shot put at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … won her first collegiate event title with a win in the shot put at the Illini Open (1/13) … posted four top-3 finishes in eight tries, including a runner-up finish at the Saluki Fast Start (12/9) and a third place finish at the Don DeNoon Invitational … competed at eight indoor meets.

HIGH SCHOOL

Five-time state qualifier in the discus and shot put ... as a junior, she finished fourth in the shot put and was the runner-up in the discus at the state meet ... as a senior took second in both the shot and the discus, which are the best finishes by a Ram thrower in school history ... leaves Mount Vernon High School as its most decorated thrower with four top-5 finishes at the state meet to her credit and exits as the school's shot put and discus record holder ... competed in volleyball, softball, gymnastics and was a member of the dance and cheer teams at Mount Vernon HS.
