Did not participate in the indoor season...Ran the 1500m in two meets during the outdoor season, the Illinois State Dual and the Indiana State Pacesetter.

Three year all-south selection... All-conference sophomore and senior year.

Born on November 11, 1991... Daughter of Steve and Nancy Esling...Has one sister, Molly, who is also a Saluki cross country/track student-athlete...Father is the chair of the geology department at SIU...Majoring in geography and environmental resources and radio-television.
