Was crowned conference champion after taking first as part of the 4x400 meter relay team at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/29-3/1) ... also added in eight team points after placing third in the 400 meter at the same meet ... competed in two meets.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Advanced to the 2019 NCAA Outdoor T&F Championships (6/5-6/8) and took 19th in the 4x100 ... placed seventh at the NCAA West Region Preliminaries in the same event ... won the 4x100 meter relay at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12) ... also scored team points after placing second in the 400 meter with a personal-best time of 55.00 at the same meet ... won the 4x100 meter relay at the Lenny Lyles Clark-Wood Invite (4/26-4/27) ... set a personal-best time of 24.88 in the 200 at the season-opening Bill Cornell Spring Classic (2/22-2/23) ... competed in six meets.

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Was a leg in Southern's 4x400 meter relay team that took first at the 2019 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor T&F Championships (2/23-2/24) with a time of 3:44.00 ... also scored team points by finishing third in the 400 meter at the same meet ... won the 400 and 4x400 at the Bulldog Invite (2/8) ... also won the 4x400 meter at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/1-2/2), John Gartland Invite (1/19) and Saluki Fast Start (12/8) ... competed in seven indoor meets.

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Helped the Saluki 4x100 relay team finish 13th and the 4x400 relay place 22nd at the NCAA West Prelims (5/24) … helped SIU repeat as quarter-mile relay champs at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships, which marked the first time since 2008 that a MVC school has won back-to-back titles in the event … SIU’s time of 44.59 was the second-fastest in school history … also helped Southern defend its MVC crown in the 4x400 relay, as she combined with Chrissa Harris, Tyjuana Eason and Shafiqua Maloney to break the facility record at 3:38.10 ... won SIU’s ninth MVC title all-time in the 4x400 relay, which is second to only Missouri State (11) for most in conference history … scored individually at the conference meet in the 400m dash with a personal-best time of 55.05, which is the 10th-fastest time in program history … competed at seven outdoor meets.

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Competed in the 400m dash at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) and finished 14th ... clocked a season-best time of 25.75 in the 200m dash at the Black and Gold Premier (1/27) … took second in the 400m dash at the Music City Challenge (2/10) with a personal-best time of 56.63 … helped SIU to a win in the 4x400 relay at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) … competed at seven indoor meets.

2017 OUTDOOR SEASON

Helped the Saluki 4x400 relay team win the program's first MVC title in the event since 1996 at the 2017 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) … winning time of 3:40.30 is the fourth-fastest time in program history … also finished 10th in the 400m at the conference meet with a season-best time of 56.17 … ran a personal-best 25.20 in the 200m at the Ole Miss Classic (5/6) … took fourth in the 400m at the Kansas Relays (4/22 )…competed at eight outdoor meets.

2016-17 INDOOR SEASON

Finished 14th in the 400m at the 2017 MVC Indoor Championships (2/25) … helped SIU’s 4x400 relay to runner-up finishes at the Indiana Relays (1/27) and the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3) … took fourth in the 400m at the Saluki Fast Start (12/10)…Set indoor personal-bests in both the 200m and the 400m at the Music City Challenge (2/10) ... competed at seven indoor meets.
