Scored points at the 2020 Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Track and Field Championships by placing seventh in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:30.1 (2/29-3/1) ... competed in one meet.

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Did not compete.

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Competed five times for the Salukis ... ran in the 3000m to with a time of 8:49.01 to open up the year at the Jim Green T&F Invite (1/11-1/12) ... placed third in the 5000m at the John Gartland Invite with a time of 15:39.69 (1/19) ... set a personal-best in the mile with a 4:26.36 finish at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/1-2/2) ... followed it up with a personal-best in the 3000m with a time of 8:37.08 at the Bulldog Invite (2/8) .... took 19th in the 3000m at the MVC Indoor Championships (2/23-2/24).

2018 OUTDOOR SEASON

Ran the 5000m at the 2018 MVC Outdoor Championships (5/14) and finished 19th with a time of 16:03.09 … clocked a PR in the 5000m at the Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/24) with a time of 15:25.32.

2017-18 INDOOR SEASON

Ran both the mile and the 3000m at the 2018 MVC Indoor Championships, finishing 18th in the mile … clocked a season-best time of 4:26.77 in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invitational (2/3).

HIGH SCHOOL

Two-time state qualifier in both cross country and track and field ... qualified for the IHSA Class 3A state meet in the 1600m as a senior and, as a junior, helped McHenry's 4x800 relay qualify for the state meet.
