2021 OUTDOOR SEASON

Posted a PR of 4:12.05 in the 1500-meter to start the season at the SIUC Bill Cornell Invite (3/19-3/20) ... placed fourth at the Ole Miss Classic (3/26-3/27) in the 5000-meter after running a 15:35.24 ... ran a PR in the 5000-meter with a time of 14:57.85 at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational (4/16-4/17) ... tallied a new PR and finished 13th in the 10,000-meter at the Missouri Valley Championships (5/14-5/16) after posting a time of 31:25.78, and placed 14th in the 5000-meter after running a 15:13.65.

2021 INDOOR SEASON

Finished eighth in the 5200-meter and 15th in the 3000-meter at the Missouri Valley Conference Indoor Championships (2/26-2/28) ... set a PR of 8:47.60 to finish eighth in the 3000-meter at the Indiana State Invitational (2/13) ... finished second in the 3000-meter at the season-opening Don DeNoon Dual (2/5-2/26).

2019 OUTDOOR SEASON

Competed in four meets for the Salukis ... opened up the season by finishing fourth in the 5000 meter with a time of 15:21.08 at the SIU Bill Cornell Spring Classic (3/22-3/23) ... set a PR in the 5000 meter with a time of 15:10.46 on his way to an 11th place finish at the Tennessee Relays (4/11) ... took 24th in the 5000 meter at the Lenny Lyles-Clark Wood Invite (4/26-4/27) ... finished up the outdoor campaign with a 20th place finish in the 5000 meter at the MVC Outdoor T&F Championships (5/10-5/12).

2018-19 INDOOR SEASON

Opened up the season with a PR mark of 8:49.31 in the 3000 meter at the Jim Green Invite (1/11-1/12) ... took first overall in the 5000 meter at the John Gartland Invite (1/19) with a time of 15:33.26 ... followed it up with a PR of 4:31.03 in the mile at the Don DeNoon Invite (2/1-2/2) ... finished up the indoor campaign by taking 25th in the 3000 meter at the MVC Indoor T&F Championships.

HIGH SCHOOL

Qualified for the Michigan Division II Cross Country Championships in each of his four seasons ... broke his own school record by more than 13 seconds at the state meet as a sophomore to finish ninth and earn All-State honors ... was a two-time state qualifier in the 3200m ... finished 10th in the 3200m as a junior with a mark of 9:36.36.
