Women's Basketball Holds Annual Awards Banquet

Carbondale, Ill. - Southern Illinois' women's basketball team held its annual awards banquet this past weekend at Giant City Lodge. One hundred people attended the event which took place on Saturday, April 27.

Tiffany Crutcher and Chris Perry were presented with the Most Improved Award, while Hillary Phillips won the George Eubelt Defensive Award and Holly Teague took the Cindy Scott Intense Desire to Win Award.

In addition to the individual honors, seniors Holly Teague and Geshla Woodard each received their framed game jersey.
