Carbondale, Ill. - The Southern Illinois University (2-6, 0-2 MVC) men's tennis team was shut out by Wichita State 7-0 on Friday at University Courts in an MVC match.
Peter Bong (#1 singles) and Alon Savidor (#2 singles) each went to three sets before losing their matches. Bong and Savidor combined for another close loss in doubles.
The Salukis will look to pick up their first MVC win against Southwest Missouri State at home on Saturday, April 6 at 10 a.m.
