Salukis Host Southeast Missouri State

Carbondale, Ill. - The Southern Illinois University volleyball team will host Southeast Missouri State University Tuesday night in a non-conference match at 7 p.m. in Davies Gymnasium.

SIU is coming off a tough loss in a five game match against UMKC Saturday night at the Saluki/Best Inns Invitational. The Salukis finished runner-up in their tournament and now have a record of 6-1.

The Otahkians are 3-4 coming into this match-up with wins this past weekend over IUPUI and South Alabama in the Bradley Tournament. Southeast Missouri State finished runner-up to Bradley.

Southern Illinois will begin conference play this weekend with matches at Wichita State and Southwest Missouri State.
