6:00 pm - Final declarations begin in room 123-125 Lingle Hall (building on North side of SIU Arena, see campus map)
6:45 pm - Final declarations close
7:00 pm - Coaches meeting and dinner

9:30 am - Officials report
10:20 am - Clerk checks women's teams at starting positions
10:27 am - Runners remove sweats and come to starting line; marshals clear the starting area of all people except runners and coaches
10:30 am - Women's 5k race begins
11:20 am - Clerk checks men's teams at starting positions
11:27 am - Runners remove sweats and come to starting line; Marshals clear the starting area of all people except runners and coaches
11:30 am - Men's 8k race begins
12:15 pm - Women's Award Ceremony
