Norman Named MVC Golfer of the Week

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Senior Brian Norman was named this week's Missouri Valley Conference Men's Golfer of the Week, as announced earlier today by the league office.
A native of Henderson, Ky., Norman registered two top-seven finishes this week. He clubbed a 71-70-74--215 to finish second at the Sam Houston State Bearkat Classic last Friday and Saturday. The senior turned around two days later to post a 145 (73-72) at the Oklahoma City University Spring Classic where he finished tied for seventh.
The Saluki captain helped his team to a fourth place finish at the Bearkat Classic and a tie for second place at the OCU Spring Classic.
Norman picked up this third Golfer of the Week honor as a Saluki.
