CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois volleyball team will host the Saluki Alumni Match Saturday, August 18 at 1 p.m. Saluki volleyball fans can get a preview of the 2007 squad as they welcome back former Saluki volleyball players and coaches to Davies Gym.
Jo Anne Thorpe, the first volleyball coach in program history will be there, along with former All-American Sonya Locke, who coached the Salukis from 1991-2004. Recent Saluki graduates Johannah Yutzy and Haley Hann will also be in attendance.
The match is open to the public and admission is free.
