Head coach Matt Sparks said the meet was a good test for especially the underclassmen and will help them as they prepare to run in bigger meets.
"We really hadn't tested ourselves in a workout yet this year we've been practicing for two weeks but its just been general running," Sparks said. "It was interesting to see how especially the younger people stepped up."
The Salukis will next compete in the Panther Invite at Eastern Illinois University on Sept. 12 beginning at 5:30 p.m.
