The Southern Illinois teams will bring home five All-American honors in four events, making it the first time ever the Salukis have earned national honors in all events they competed in at the annual meet.
"This was a very good showing this year for us," Saluki head coach Connie Price-Smith said. "For the first time ever, we received All-American honors in all of our events, always a good thing."
U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) Midwest Field Athlete of the Year McCall recorded her top finish of the meet, third place in the women's shot put with a school-record and personal-best toss of 56-07.25 (17.25m) earning All-America honors for the second time in two days. Teammate Gwen Berry finished 14th at 52-03.25 (15.93m).
Lambert finished 14th in the men's weight throw with a best toss of 65-09.50 (20.05m).

Fellow throwers Rickael Roach and Berry also competed, Roach throwing 59-02 (18.03m) for 15th place, while Berry fouled out.
