Christine Presswood earns MVC Scholar-Athlete honors

ST. LOUIS, Mo. - Southern Illinois women's basketball player Christine Presswood garnered All-Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete honors the league announced Tuesday.
Presswood, a senior from Lincoln, Ill., earned honorable mention honors. The junior college transfer has started 25 of 26 games for the Salukis leading the team in scoring at 15.9 points per game. Presswood carries a 3.48 grade point average, majoring in psychology.
