Softball to host No. 11 Missouri

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Salukis will step away from conference play Wednesday as they host No. 11 Missouri in a mid-week matchup at Charlotte West Stadium.

SIU looks to extend its six-game winning streak this week, in a single game against nationally-ranked Mizzou. This marks the fourth ranked team the Salukis have faced during the 2010 season. The Salukis defeated No. 21 UMass in five inning earlier this season, while falling to No. 2 Michigan and previously-ranked Florida State.

First pitch will be at 3 p.m. at Charlotte West Stadium.
