Volleyball to host Junior Saluki Clinic

CARBONDALE, Ill. - The Southern Illinois volleyball team is sponsoring a Junior Saluki Volleyball Clinic on Saturday, Oct. 9 at Davies Gym.
The clinic is for girls ages 7-12 who are interested in learning more about the game of volleyball and working on their skills with SIU coaches. The skill session will run from 3:30 to 5 p.m. in Davies, followed by a meet-and-greet with the SIU volleyball team, a tour of the locker room and an opportunity to get autographed posters.
At 7 p.m. following the clinic, campers can watch SIU take on Illinois State in Missouri Valley Conference action.
The cost is $25 per camper and includes the clinic, admission to the match and a t-shirt. Return the attached registration form to the volleyball office in Lingle Hall (next to SIU Arena) by Oct. 4, or contact Associate Head Coach Julie Yankus at 618-453-5476 or jyankus@siu.edu to reserve a spot.
