CARBONDALE, Ill. - Southern Illinois (3-3) hosts Southern Illinois-Edwardsville (3-4) Friday at noon for Field Trip Day in a non-conference matchup inside the SIU Arena. The Salukis have won two of the three all-time meetings versus the Cougars, including the last meeting, a 68-63 win at Edwardsville, Ill. on Dec. 21, 2012.
The contest marks the annual Field Trip Day for area schools, who have been invited to come cheer on the Salukis free of charge and participate in educational activities throughout the contest.
